Tony is an experienced process engineer with over 27 years of international experience in energy leadership and engineering management. Skilled in field development planning, project execution, and operations support throughout the development lifecycle.

Emmanuel is a project management professional with expertise in economic modeling, financial analysis, renewable energy, and infrastructure investments. He has nearly two decades of experience in energy engineering, investment banking, and global project development.

Rosie Griffiths

Rosie is a Process Engineer with a wide range of project development and operation engineering experience in the UK and Australia. She has a unique skill set that combines graphic design with technical knowledge to simplify complex data and make it visually appealing.

Maxim Musikin

Lead Software Architect

Maxim is a computer science specialist with expertise in data visualisation, cloud computing, web and integrated API development, and quality assurance. He has gained experience by working with multiple organisations.

Chemical Engineer

Aashna, a recent Chemical Engineering graduate from Imperial College London, specialised in clean energy, energy transition, and biochemical engineering. She joined Olsights as a Chemical Engineer to support the UK’s decarbonisation efforts through innovative digital tools.
