Tony – CEO & Technical Director
Tony is an experienced process engineer with over 27 years of international experience in energy leadership and engineering management. He’s led multidisciplinary teams across field development planning, project execution, and operations support throughout the development lifecycle. Tony co-founded Olsights to solve a persistent challenge in energy projects: making complex data systems easier to understand and navigate. His deep technical expertise and strategic oversight drive the direction of the platform and the company as a whole.
Emmanuel – COO & Commercial Director
Emmanuel brings nearly two decades of experience across energy engineering, investment banking, and global infrastructure development. A project management professional with a sharp eye for economic modelling and financial analysis, he leads Olsights’ commercial strategy, partnerships, and business operations. Emmanuel’s unique blend of technical and financial knowledge ensures our platform aligns with the real-world needs of investors, policymakers, and project developers working toward a cleaner energy future.
Rosie – CCO & Creative Director
Rosie is a Process Engineer with hands-on experience in project development and operations engineering across the UK and Australia. When she co-founded Olsights with Tony, had the ambition to merge her technical background with a strong design sensibility to lead product development and user experience. Rosie is passionate about simplifying complexity—using data storytelling, user-focused design, and interactive visual tools to help users engage with clean energy systems in a clear, compelling way.
Maxim – Lead Software Architect
Maxim is a computer science specialist with extensive experience in data visualisation, cloud computing, API integration, and quality assurance. His robust technical background—gained through working with multiple organisations—has shaped Olsights’ architecture into a scalable, secure, and high-performing platform. Maxim ensures that our software not only looks great but performs reliably, supporting everything from complex geospatial analytics to seamless user experiences.
Aashna – Chemical Engineer
Aashna recently graduated from Imperial College London with a specialisation in clean energy, energy transition, and biochemical engineering. At Olsights, she applies her knowledge to support decarbonisation projects through advanced data analysis, system modelling, and infrastructure insight. Aashna’s fresh perspective and technical rigour are vital in delivering the evidence-based tools our users need to make informed decisions on everything from hydrogen systems to heat networks.
Tanisha – Information Experience Designer
Tanisha is a UX specialist currently pursuing an MA in Design Informatics. With a strong passion for human-centred design, she works at the intersection of data, design, and technology to enhance the Olsights user experience. Whether translating complex infrastructure data into intuitive maps or building tools for energy visualisation, Tanisha is committed to making data more accessible, engaging, and actionable.
Hati – Chief Happiness Officer
Hati is the heart and soul of the Olsights team. As Chief Happiness Officer, she plays a crucial role in team wellbeing—spreading joy, keeping spirits high, and reminding everyone to take the occasional break. With a wagging tail and a calming presence, Hati fosters a collaborative, positive work environment. She’s a daily reminder that even in the serious world of decarbonisation, balance and joy matter too.
